According to the HRCI, the Senior Professional in HR is one who has ultimate accountability in the HR department - one that focuses on the big picture of HR.
This SENIOR edition includes topics targeting the senior exam contents.
The SPHR exam is available via the Prometric test centers. It is computer based - no need for paper and pencil at all. It has 225 multiple choice questions.

We are giving you practice questions for assessing your knowledge on the different (and difficult) exam topics.
