ASAP. However, delay may occur occasionally so please be patient if you do

I have placed
an order with you or have sent an inquiry via email, but have
not heard back from you or did not get any email back on my
order, why?
Many ISP (Internet Service Provider) and webmail platform
(like AOL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL, etc.) have very aggressive
filtering of email due to junk mail. So please check your junk
mail or bulk mail folder to see if our messages are there. To
ensure that you receive our emails, kindly add our domain "@examreview.net"
to your safe domain or safe sender list in your email program,
ISP email safe list, or webmail safe sender list. |

Emergency Contact: Most of the time our IT
infrastructure is pretty reliable. Still, in some rare circumstances our IT guys may
make mistake which leads to unexpected server downtime. If for whatever
reason your emails to us turn out to be undeliverable after 48
hours or if our web site becomes inaccessible, please send an email to our

What you should do when you
receive an email claiming to be from ExamREVIEW:

Keep in mind, we send out
emails primarily from our examreview account. We may send emails through
our personal accounts at yahoo only if our regular emails got bounced
back by the firewall on your side.

If there is any suspicion
that you have received a fraudulent email, do not click on any link
presented in the email.

If you have any doubt who
the email is from, manually type in www.examreview.net after the http://
found in your Web browser.
